Wednesday @ the lake

Yesterday I went to the lakefront to take picture of a beautiful sunset, or birds, or something nature-y, but a large cigar boat seemed a little more interesting at the time.  There was an entourage of 30ish people, 3 trucks, 2 boats and even a few mopeds.  Apparently in 2 weeks there is a large boat race, and this team was getting a time trial.  It took a LONG time to get the boat in the water and ready to go, and an LONG time to get the boat back in and ready and they spent about 7 minutes on the actual trial runs. All of the pictures are from the lake, some of the boat, others of the area around the lake.

Midweek Blues
As it became darker the boat almost glowed.  The sky looks really blue compared to the boat
